AMENITY RULES (REVISED JUNE 2009)

The LLA Board of Directors adopted new rules regarding use of amenities within the community. The new rules can be viewed by clicking here. These rules are also posted at Coldstream and Nightingale beaches.

Lakes

Lake Linganore - The main lake is the largest private lake in Maryland.
Lake Merle - Situated between the Meadows and Balmoral villages.
Lake Marian - The small lake located on Eaglehead Drive just before the Woodridge village entrance.
Lake Anita Louise - Located in the "bowl" of Pinehurst.

Trails

A 30 mile trail system is located throughout Eaglehead.  Trails are a combination of wooded and lakeside trails, asphalt and concrete pathways, wooden bridges and steps, tunnels and one esplanade.  Trails are periodically marked with green posts with a gold community logo. Pools

There are three pools open to the residents of Eaglehead.

All pools have baby pools, sunbathing and pool furniture. 
Summerfield pool has a diving well.
Coldstream has cabanas and lockers.

Sports and Recreation

Volleyball

• There are two seasonal volleyball courts at the Coldstream Beach.
  

Basketball

• Coldstream - 1 half court
• Summerfield - 1half court
• Pinehurst - 1 full court
• Meadows - McFadden Park 1 full court

Sports Fields

• Coldstream - lower field adjacent to tot lot
• Pinehurst - bowl centrally located in the village
• Summerfield - adjacent to pool/tot lot with two designated soccer goals

Tennis

• Coldstream - 6 courts
• Summerfield - 2 courts
